My son and I come from a vast and long lineage of healers and educators—nurses, midwives, dispensers, bushmen, and bushwomen. From a young age, I’ve felt the calling to help others. That legacy lives on through Osainista Healing Center.

My son and I come from a vast and long lineage of healers and educators—nurses, midwives, dispensers, bushmen, and bushwomen. From a young age, I’ve felt the calling to help others. That legacy lives on through Osainista Healing Center.
My healing journey began at age 17, when I started formal medical studies and earned my nursing degree in 2018 from Drexel University. That period deepened my desire to learn more about the art of healing and the traditional practices of our ancestors—methods that have sustained our people for generations, addressing the same health and environmental challenges we face today.
Alongside me on this path is my son James. Together, we travel throughout the Americas, Costa Rica, Jamaica, and the Bahamas, learning from nature, wildlife and powerful traditional healers. All which continue fuel the creations of our products and the services offered. These experiences shape how we live and form the foundation of Osainista Healing Center.
We offer personalized wellness consultations, herbal formulations, and maternal services—including doula care and placenta encapsulation.
